The plug enables the easy connection of the 0-10V and 4-20mA sensors of our H2-CNI and H2-meTCD sensor-families.
Key Features & Benefits
1. Sensor Plug SP-4
The Sensor Plug SP-4 is designed for the reliable connection of H2-CNI 0–10V-I and H2-CNI 4–20mA-I sensors without an I2C interface. It provides a robust and interference-resistant interface between the sensor and downstream measurement or alarm systems.
Equipped with a shielded 4-pin M8x1 female receptacle, the SP-4 ensures stable signal transmission in industrial environments. The plug is used in combination with the four-wire cable C3-4-X-M, enabling flexible installation while maintaining signal integrity. Its compact and rugged design makes it well suited for laboratory, industrial, and field applications.

2. Sensor Plug SP-6
The Sensor Plug SP-6 enables the connection of H2-CNI 0–10V-I and H2-CNI 4–20mA-I sensors with integrated I2C interface. In addition to the analog sensor signal, the SP-6 supports I2C communication, allowing access to digital sensor data and configuration parameters.
The plug features a shielded 6-pin M8x1 female receptacle and is used together with the six-wire cable C6-X-CM. Its shielding and pin layout ensure reliable data and signal transmission even in electrically noisy environments, making the SP-6 ideal for advanced sensor evaluation, monitoring, and control setups.

3. Cable C6-X-M
The connection cable is designed for the reliable interconnection of our sensor plugs with measuring, alarm, and USB modules. They ensure secure transmission of power, signal, and communication lines and are specifically optimized for use with our hydrogen sensor systems.
Depending on the application, the cables are equipped with M8x1 connectors and corresponding module-side connectors. Their robust construction guarantees stable and reliable connections even in industrial environments. Various cable lengths allow flexible integration into laboratory setups, test systems, and control cabinets.
The cables support analog sensor signals as well as—depending on the version—digital I2C communication, enabling clean, organized installations while maintaining high operational reliability.
4. Plug P-4
The Plug P-4 provides a flexible interface for connecting the Sensor Plug SP-4 or the I2C-USB 1.2 module (will soon be added) to customer-specific equipment. It allows direct integration with systems that supply sensor power and provide 0–10 V voltage inputs or 4–20 mA current loops.
The plug is implemented as a shielded 4-pin M8x1 male connector with four internal screw terminals, enabling easy and secure wiring without specialized tools. This makes the P-4 ideal for system integration, prototyping, and customized measurement or control solutions.
