Measuring Devices
Compact measurement and visualization unit for analog hydrogen sensors
Our hydrogen measuring device is designed for continuous operation of analog-output sensors (0-10V or 4-20mA) in monitoring and safety applications. It features a 2.4" TFT color display for live visualization of H2 volume fraction and signal transients, along with an integrated data logger for time-resolved recording of measurement data.
The unit includes relay outputs for alarm signaling via external 24V warning lights, supporting color-coded status indicators (green, yellow, red) based on configurable H2 thresholds. The housing is suitable for DIN-rail mounting and provides all electrical connections at the front panel, including sensor, power, alarm and USB interfaces.

Evaluation Kits
Support for H2-CNI and H2-meTCD sensor testing and integration
The evaluation kits enable controlled operation and signal analysis of our calorimetric and thermal conductivity sensors in laboratory or development environments. Depending on the sensor type and output signal (analog or digital), various controller units are available. These provide excitation voltages, analog-to-digital conversion, programmable gain, temperature measurement and access to internal sensor buses.
All controllers are equipped with precision 16-bit data acquisition chains and status indicators for threshold-based hydrogen level detection. Most variants support connection via 1-wire interface to a PC and include EEPROMs for sensor-specific configuration data.
All evaluation kits are operated using our SensorControl software and require a bipolar power source module (SBPS-LDO 3.12) and bundled connection accessories.

- PGA-ADC 3.4 and DCC-PGA-ADC 3.4 for 0-10V and 4-20mA CNI and meTCD sensors
- TempSens 3.1 and I2C-USB 2.1 for H2-CNI I2C-I FWB-A and H2-meTCD I2C sensors
- PrecVS-PGA-ADC 3.6 for H2-CNI I2C-E ULTD sensors
- TCD-Controller 3.1 for H2-TCD I2C-I sensors
